

Nozzle flow transmitter is composed of nozzle flow sensor and differential pressure transmitter, output 4-20mA electrical signal representing the size of differential pressure signal, flow calculation and temperature, pressure compensation by the user's additional configuration. There are two kinds of structures: split installation and integrated installation. Integrated installation is the product factory has differential pressure transmitter and nozzle connected into one, users buy integrated nozzle, use without connecting the pressure tube. But must be equipped with the corresponding flow calculator, pressure transmitter and temperature transmitter. The split nozzle flow transmitter consists of an independent nozzle flow sensor and a differential pressure transmitter. The connection between nozzle flow sensor and differential pressure transmitter is completed by the user.
■ Compared with orifice flowmeter, nozzle flowmeter has smaller pressure loss, thus saving energy. It is more durable and suitable for high temperature and high pressure fluids. It is widely used in steam flow measurement in electric power, chemical industry and other industries. Nozzle flow meter includes standard nozzle (ISA1932 nozzle), long neck nozzle two kinds. Its design and manufacture are in line with the international standard ISO5167 or national standard GB/T2624 provisions.
