Vortex flowmeter is a kind of velocity flowmeter, widely used in petroleum, chemical, electric power, light industry, power heating and other industries.

product features

■ Immovable parts, long-term stability, simple structure and easy to install and maintain;

■ Sensor output pulse frequency, the frequency and the actual flow of the flow measured body is linear, zero drift, performance is very stable, the structure of a variety of forms, pipe type, plug type flow sensor form;

■ High accuracy, usually liquid measurement accuracy is +1.0%; Gas measurement accuracy is +1.5%;

■ The measurement range is wide, up to 1:20 in the range of Reynolds number 2x104 ~7x106.

■ Small pressure loss (about 1/4~1/2 of orifice flowmeter), belongs to energy-saving flow meter;

■ Flexible installation mode, horizontal, vertical and different angles can be installed according to the site process of pipeline blockage;

■ Adopting disturbance elimination circuit and anti-vibration sensing head, it has certain anti-environmental vibration performance.

■ Using ultra-low power single-chip microcomputer technology, a 3V10AH lithium battery can last for more than 5 years;

■ The nonlinearity of instrument coefficient is corrected by software to improve measurement accuracy.

■ EPROM is used to protect cumulative flow from power failure, and the protection time is more than 10 years.
