V-cone flowmeter

V-sensor is a V-cone installed in the measuring tube coaxial with the center line of the pipe.  The measuring tube and v-cone of the sensor are designed and precision machined.  When the fluid flows through the V-cone in the measurement tube, the flow state is re-formed in front of the V-cone, local contraction, flow velocity increases, static pressure decreases, pressure difference △P is generated before and after the V-cone, high pressure (static pressure)PH is measured at the upstream pipe wall (before the fluid shrinks), and low pressure PL(static pressure) is opened at the center axis of the section facing the downstream of the V-cone.

     ■ The upstream and downstream straight pipe segments must be short: the minimum length of the upstream straight pipe segment is 3D (3D is required for installation downstream of the valve), and the minimum length of the downstream straight pipe segment is less than or equal to 3D.  

     ■ Accuracy: +0.5%;  The repeatability was 0.1%;  The range ratio reaches 15:1.  

     ■ Dirt resistance, small pressure loss.
