Circular orifice

Annular orifice plate adopts "pressure equalizing ring" structure.  When the straight pipe length is not long enough.  It can still be measured accurately.  Example: downstream of a 90° bend.The front of the gauge has 2D length: downstream of a 30° elbow.  The front of the table has a length of 0.5D.  

The annular orifice plate is connected by "welding mode".  Suitable for high temperature and high pressure fluid (such as superheated steam), low cost, reliable operation, stable performance.  

Annular orifice plate adopts "jacket insulation" structure.  Suitable for easy crystallization, easy vaporization and other need heating or cooling fluids (such as liquid ammonia, some chemical products, etc.).  

Product features

     ■Not only can measure the flow of general fluid, but also can be applied to the fluid containing various impurities (such as dust, suspension, precipitation, etc.), such as all kinds of gas hot air, flue gas, natural gas, cooling circulating water and so on.

    ■ Measurement of saturated steam superheated steam can avoid the accumulation of condensed water formed by stopping steam, when the steam again, can quickly enter the accurate measurement.  The other part of the meter body has a straight measuring tube, and installation errors (e.g. eccentricity, sealing gasket protrusions into the pipe) have little impact on the meter measurement during field installation. 

     ■ When the length of straight pipe section is not long enough, it can still be accurately measured.  For example: in the downstream of a 90° elbow, there is a 2D length in front of the gauge;  In the downstream of a 30° elbow, the table front has a 0.5D length both available.  

     ■ Using "welding" connection, suitable for high temperature and high pressure fluid (such as superheated steam), low cost, reliable operation, stable performance.  

     ■ Adopt "jacket insulation" structure, suitable for easy crystallization, easy vaporization need heating or cooling fluid (such as liquid ammonia, some chemical products, etc.).
